  of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) is committed to
  providing a safe\, inclusive\, and welcoming environment at its meetings 
 and conferences. Persons who attend Chapter meetings and conferences are e
 xpected to comply with this Meetings Code of Conduct. Expected Behavior: A
 ll attendees are expected to behave in a professional manner and treat oth
 er attendees\, speakers\, exhibitors\, and Chapter staff with respect.\nUn
 acceptable Behavior: Inappropriate behavior at Chapter meetings and confer
 ences will not be tolerated. Inappropriate behavior includes\, but is not 
 limited to:\n\n 	Offensive jokes\, slurs\, comments\, or other communicati
 ons related to sex\, sexual orientation\, gender\, disability\, physical a
 ppearance\, race\, national origin\, or religion\n 	Inappropriate use of s
 exual language or profanity\n 	Harassment or intimidation of any person\n 
 	Unwelcome touching\, grabbing\, or pinching\n 	Rude or boorish behavior\n
  	Intoxication/excessive alcohol consumption\n 	Disruption of presentation
 s or other events\n\nViolation of this Meetings Code of Conduct may result
  in being asked to leave the meeting or conference and being barred from a
 ttending future Chapter events. The Board of Directors Executive Committee
  is authorized to enforce this Meetings Code of Conduct.
