Market changes are inevitable in electrical contracting. As the changes occur, union electrical contractors are challenged to remain competitive given the various operational issues that may be present in the labor management relationships. The key to increasing market share is recognizing the opportunity in changing the approach to managing labor. This program will discuss how electrical contractors can alter their approach and labor agreements to increase their market share.
